What a technology audit is and what it covers.
What exactly gets looked at
- What arrives each day: invoices, orders, delivery notes, job sheets, emails with data in them.
- What gets typed: how many times the same information is copied between systems.
- What repeats: tasks following the same rules week after week.
- What tools are in place: what can be kept and integrated from what you already use.
What you take away
A short report with three things: the recoverable hours per year, with the assumptions on show as in this calculation; the cost avoided in licences and time; and a proposal for where to start, ordered by return.
Why it is free
Because it is how we show the way we work: specific questions, numbers, no hype. If the report shows there is room to improve, we talk about a project; if there is not, we say so just as plainly — and you keep a useful diagnosis.
How to book
Pick a slot in the calendar, or message us on WhatsApp. In person across Alcalá la Real, Sierra Sur, Jaén and Granada; by video call, anywhere in Spain.
Quick questions
No. It is free with no obligation, and you keep the report whatever you decide.
Ideally whoever knows the daily paperwork best: the admin and office staff. Better still with the manager there too, but not essential.
