Odoo as the ERP on your server and n8n as the nervous system: it reads what comes in, extracts the data, files it where it belongs and notifies whoever needs to know. All open source, with no per-user or per-task fees.
In practice
If 50 invoices or orders arrive at your office as PDFs each day, nobody keys them in one by one any more: the system extracts the data, updates the accounts or the stock, and notifies the right person.
